The comfiest king sized bed will have you well rested, and the 65" Roku TV will keep you up to date on your favorite Netflix shows. This private bedroom is located in a brand new house built by your host just this year. There is a king sized zinus mattress with extra pillows and blankets, two nightstands with lamps, and outlets for phone charging. You also have a 65" TV with all the streaming services downloaded to login and enjoy your shows from the comfort of your room.
Tucked in the corner is the kitchenet and desk area. Here you have your drip coffee machine, microwave, mini-fridge, lamp, cabinet space and office chair.
The laundry room and bathroom is just outside the bedroom and is a shared space with potential other guests.
Jill lives in the main part of the house, but your space is completely private from the remainder of the home, so our interaction is minimal unless you need something. We're always happy to chat with you and provide recommendations.
To enter the room, there is a gate on the right side of the property that will lead you to two doors that are across from each other. The house has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door.
There is parking available on the driveway along with free street parking.
The Private room is yours, and we just ask that the shared laundry and bathroom are kept neat and organized in case other guests are staying the neighboring apartment. The main part of the house is off limits, but if any problems arise feel free to reach out to Shawna or Jill.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Ridgeway Suites are located in the Maedgan neighborhood which is a very safe, well established neighborhood located 1 mile south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away), dining, and entertainment. This house is a straight 4-6 minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus
Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 34th Street are nearby, as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
