Positive: Love the modern traditional styling. So calming, beautifully cool when it's so hot outside. Love all the drinks and snacks provided. Great staff. Super clean with so many provided amenities. Easy walk to Nishi markets and seven eleven for supplies.
Negative: Water doesn't heat properly in one of the upstairs bathroom. Remote to TV batteries ran out. The sofa in the main living area is not very comfortable to sit on, and difficult for a group of four to watch a movie together. The cooking facilities are challenging if you don't know Japanese, same problem with laundry- information is on the iPad.
Summary: Restful respite from the busyness of travel.
