'Ripples on Smiths' offers the most spectacular, sweeping long views of the lake from both the wide deck and all living areas. With its lawns gently sloping down to the water's edge, 'Ripples' provides ideal waterfront access.
From the moment you walk through the front door, you will find yourself in 'holiday mode'. With its open-plan living area overlooking expansive views, floor to ceiling glass doors leading on to a wide covered deck that spans the length of the house. The outdoor covered deck area has been newly equipped with a fan for summer and 2 outdoor heaters for winter. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with separate toilet) and a beautiful new kitchen, this property will provide you with all that you need for a memorable getaway. There is a fully fenced yard to keep children and pets safe, with dog friendly beaches nearby - (NB small dog breeds only - on approval - and dogs must stay outside unless there is inclement weather when they are only permitted inside on the hard surfaces … Pets are most certainly not permitted on the lounges or in the bedroom areas - thank you).

Surfing beaches are only minutes away with a choice of many - Blueys, Boomerang, Elizabeth, Shelly, together with the beautiful Celito and Sandbar Beach with 4WD access. Alternatively, you can pack the car with the kids, picnic basket and take a short drive to Sandbar and drive right along the beach if you purchase a general permit. Otherwise, take the kayaks for an exciting trip across the lake all the way to Sandbar Beach. Visit the Cellito Beach Rainforest Boardwalk, which is a short 200 metre walk through a coastal literal rainforest to the beach at the other end.
At the end of the day, sit on the deck and relax with your choice of beverage and watch the lake and its ever-changing colours; the sunsets are truly breathtaking!
