The Rise n' Shine Cottage is a new beautifully customized modern home located in the center of The Town of Colonial Beach VA where you're close enough to all of the Town and Beach attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness of this unique and quaint Beach Community. You will experience the relaxation of Coastal Living on all levels of this spacious 2 story home with views of the Potomac River from the main level covered porch to the upper covered deck off the primary bedroom.
The home is perfect for the week long or long weekend getaway offering a spacious floor plan, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main level will provide the ease and comfort of an entry level bedroom and full bathroom with custom tiled shower that is adjacent to the dining area, living area and family room that is off of the kitchen area. The floor plan is open , spacious and accommodating to guests that want to find a spot to read that favorite novel, a quite place to nap or a great comfortable space to grab a cozy blanket for movie night ..... don't forget that popcorn !
The upper level provides 3 spacious bedrooms, full bathroom and a large custom tile walk in double shower space! The primary bedroom faces the Potomac River and offers a private outdoor deck area with comfortable seating that will bring you the views of The Sunrise and The Moon over the River.
You will find the comfort of everything you need to enjoy your getaway here from accommodating housewares, comfortable bedding, linens, pantry items and house soaps / shampoos. Our Home is located to nearby attractions , Golf Cart Rentals, nearby restaurants and Tiki Bar's. Our outdoor space is accommodating with grilling, outdoor seating and ample parking up to 3 cars.
We welcome The Military Guests with 10% off your rental rate, Our minimum stay is 3 nights with a maximum of 30 days. We unfortunately, are not pet friendly and do not offer month to month or long term rentals however please contact Our Host for discussions of your timelines to determine how we may assist you.
