Lansing, NC – Enjoy the sounds of the south fork of the New River and take in the Carolina Mountain atmosphere created by this cabin’s location. River Bliss is awaiting your arrival, equipped with a spacious covered porch with a river view and access, five sleeping areas, three baths, a fire pit, wireless internet, and more. This cabin is your blissful vacation just waiting!
Inside, River Bliss offers a warm and inviting living room, complete with views of the New River, a mass stone fireplace with gas logs, a smart TV with streaming channels, comfortable furniture for curling up on after a day on the river to watch your favorite movie. Just off the living area is an office space complete with two computer monitors for those that need to work a little while on vacation, connect your laptop and you are all set. Turn the corner and you’ll find a cozy reading nook with amazing views of the river.
A well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher for quick clean-up is the perfect place to cook a family meal or prepare a snack. With plenty of windows for natural light and views of the river this is a cook’s dream come true. There is a large pantry just off the kitchen for extra storage. The spacious dining table just off the kitchen offers seating for 8 and additional seating for two is available at the island.
The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, electric fireplace for ambiance and flat screen TV. As you pass through the large walk – in closet you will a find a spa like bath complete with double vanities, a jetted tub for relaxing and a large step in shower.
A second bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and a shared hallway bath.
Take the stairs downstairs and you will find three more bedrooms and games for the kids. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, a queen-size pullout, a gas log fireplace, and table for playing games. There is also access to the outside from this room.
Down the hall is a full bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features two queen beds. If you have kids in the group, the third bedroom is sure to please. There is a set of twin bunks, a single twin, a TV with X-box, and a basketball game.
Back outside, you will find a covered deck with plenty of seating for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine as you watch the river roll by. Head out to the fire pit and enjoy roasting hot dogs or making s’mores on a summer’s night.
