The lovely finishes throughout the home are just magnificent – tastefully chosen and beautifully executed to top this home off it has stunning River Views from the living and entertaining areas.
The main living areas are delightful - Large open plan living area upstairs with double sliding doors which open out onto the decked balcony area, taking full advantage of those fabulous views. Outside table and chairs as well as a BBQ for use.*Please note the spa on the deck is not to be used*
Beautiful kitchen with stone bench tops, gas cooking, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast far with three stools and walk in pantry.
The Master bedroom with a king size bed. En-suite with a large bath and separate shower.
There is also a third toilet/vanity upstairs.

Large second living area with a split system and more seating areas. What a perfect space for the children to relax and play.
Second Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fans and built in robes.
