Summary: The only nice thing about the property was the location. The property is over priced. The flooring is old, the pillows are uncomfortable, the carpeting old. The parking for the car is so tiny and very difficult to get your vehicle in. There is only one aircon so the bedrooms are very hot at night. Laguna Real Estate have cleaners, which you don't ask for, to come in and clean. I had an item go missing. I reported it straight away to Laguna Real Estate and their response was that they were not going to replace the item. I find this unacceptable as I did not request cleaners and my agreement is with Laguna - the cleaners is their responsibility. I will not be recommencing Laguna Real Estate.
