This charming three-bedroom, four-level townhome offers both a quiet, secluded location and easy access to downtown St. Marys and the Cumberland Island ferry. Located about three miles from both, this home sits in a riverfront complex with access to a community dock, perfect for exploring the St. Marys River.
At home, you’ve got lots of serene outdoor spaces to choose from when it comes to sipping your morning coffee, including two decks and a screened patio on the first floor. The main living space on the second floor combines the family room, dining room, and kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining and gathering together. The chef will love the full kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there’s enough seating for everyone between the two dining tables. After a day of adventures, relax in the central air-conditioning or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace while you watch a little TV or check email with the free WiFi. No problem if you can’t agree on what to watch - each of the three bedrooms offers a TV, as well as an en suite bathroom. Don't forget to gather together on the shared pickleball court for some friendly competition!
