Our Rustic Country-Chic Wedding Venue will seat up to 225 guests inside the "White Birch Banquet Hall" which is located below the Entertainment Lodge. This is available upon request, please contact me for additional pricing information.
The ceremony site is set-up along the river with rows or custom made log benches.

RiverView Estate accommodates a large group of 32 overnight guests in addition to offering luxurious amenities with over 1000 acres of private and pristine mountain forest land and 1 mile of riverfront frontage on the East Branch of the Upper Delaware River which is well-known for the finest fly-fishing in the United States.
RiverView Estate includes the Main House, 3 Bedroom Cottage and Entertainment Lodge with additional suite, which included elegant furnishings and the best that can be offered. A private swimming pool is also available during spring and summer and has the option of being heated for an additional fee.
The Main House consists of 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths. Also available is an exercise room, an indoor hot tub, and a dry sauna. The living room off the kitchen and the main bedroom includes a fireplace.
The Entertainment Lodge has 2 bedrooms which includes a gorgeous bath with a steam shower, a large kitchen, pool table, living area with fireplace. The additional suite in the entertainment lodge includes a private bedroom with a queen size bed and the open suite area has one queen bed, one double bed and a full kitchen. This suite shares a bathroom.
The 3 Bedroom Cottage has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room with fireplace.
When available you can combined RiverView Estate & DeerRidge Estate to accommodate a party of 72 guests.
DeerRidge Estate is located just a short distance from RiverView Estate which accommodates a party of 40 guests. This 3 unit estate consists of 3 full kitchen, living rooms and dining areas along with a large sports bar with pool table, 17 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms.
Each estate can satisfy anyone's endeavors, whether it being hiking, cross-country skiing, swimming and fishing.
We are fully staffed 24/7. This allows us to make sure that your every need is met. Our Estates do offer a concierge and housekeeping staff for an additional fee. Other services that can be provided at different rates, please inquire.
We are only 45 minutes away from Bethel Woods and 2.5 hours from NYC.

Cancellation Policy: 90 Days with full refund. Anything less then 60 days, deposit is forfeited.
During peak season (May - September) all rentals are based off a starting check-in date of Friday after 3 pm.
