Enjoy the trendy Avenues area of Salt Lake, walking distance from top notch restaurant and a spa. Close to downtown SLC, U of U & ski resorts. Our downstairs space is all yours with a wet bar (microwave, toaster oven, electric frying pan) living room, 2 bedrooms and bath. Separate entry.
The space.
Enjoy the basement of our home in the trendy Avenues area of Salt Lake in walking distance from top notch restaurant and a spa. We are close to downtown SLC, University of Utah & ski resorts. Just 25 minutes from the mouth of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for skiing, hiking and biking. Only 30 minutes to Park City for more skiing and outdoor fun or the Sundance Film Festival.
The bright, clean downstairs area of our home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. We do not have a full kitchen but there is a wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee maker. It is stocked with dishes, glasses and coffee mugs and also includes some cooking options with an electric frying pan, toaster oven and microwave. This area opens up to the living room and TV to provide a great place to relax. This space includes a private entry onto the shared patio of our backyard, a second private entry off one of the bedrooms and plenty of parking. Our patio offers a relaxing place to sit outside with a table, chairs and umbrella - you may also use our outdoor grill.
Guest access
You are welcome to use the shared back patio, outdoor grill and yard. We live upstairs and though it is open to upstairs we ask that you stay in your downstairs area.
Other things to note
We have listed our place as "Entire Home/Apt. because you have the use of our entire downstairs area. There is open access inside the house from up to downstairs. Because its a smaller house and our kitchen is at the top of the stairs you can hear us sometimes. We are pretty quiet and are often gone.
I have a dog upstairs. He is not allowed downstairs. He is quiet but you may hear the pitter-patter of my pup. He is very friendly if you see him in the yard.
