This home features a private dock with 10 x 20 boat slip and swim ladder, four kayaks, a lily pad, and a lakeside fire pit! Located just 6 minutes from The Cave Bar & Grill, and PRIME location for The Shootout!

The open concept kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, a breakfast bar with 5 barstools, a Keurig Duo and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a bar height dining room table with seating for 10.

This home has two living areas. The main floor living area features a couch, chair, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The lower-level living area features two couches and a flat screen TV. Both have views of the lake.
