The house is located in the village of Argentona, about 350m from the center, where you can find supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. ARGENTONA is a residential village, very quiet located south of the Maresme region and north of the city of Barcelona.
Barcelona is a 35-minute drive.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The house is distributed on three levels.
MAIN FLOOR:
Access through the garden and the nice and spacious porch. Once in the house, a small hall and a large DINING ROOM with a large table and another smaller table framed by the views of the garden and pool.
THE KITCHEN, open to the dining room, is very spacious and well-equipped. It has a bar that connects to the dining room, to use as a serving hatch or just to have a coffee.
LIVING ROOM, with a modern sofa and a large Italian design chaise longue. There is a TV and a coffee table. There is also a nice fireplace but it is not available. There is also a modern BATHROOM with a shower.
INTERMEDIATE FLOOR:
Between the first floor and the second floor, there is BEDROOM 1, a simple room that used to be for service helpers. It has WC, washbasin, and shower inside the same room. It is a single room, with a single bed. This room can be used for a service person, for a babysitter, or simply, for one of the family members.
SECOND FLOOR:
Includes 4 double rooms and 2 BATHROOMS, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
BEDROOM 2: double bed, TV, and access to a terrace, where the washing machine is located.
BEDROOM 3: double bed, crib, TV, and access to a terrace.
ROOM 4: double bed, TV.
ROOM 5 (SUITE): large double bed, large PRIVATE BATHROOM, with shower and bathtub. There is also an exercise bike to do some sport. From this room there is access to another terrace, overlooking the sea, the garden, and the pool. On this terrace, there is a space to hang the clothes.
GARDEN
Beautiful, romantic style and very well kept, where there is even a small church (not available).
There is a BASKETBALL basket and a PING PONG table.
In the garden, there is an incredible porch that protects you from the sun and rain to enjoy this beautiful outdoor space at any time. At your disposal, comfortable garden furniture, comfortable sofas, several outdoor tables, and sun loungers for sunbathing by the pool.
In the POOL, there are also two large umbrellas that besides protecting from the sun, provide privacy in the pool area.

They are not shared, but it is necessary to respect the resting hours of our neighbors.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side Barcelona and on the other side the Costa Brava at a short driving distance!
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing soccer and volleyball, with calm waters and golden sand! A few km from the house there are horse riding, golf courses, a tennis club, sailing clubs, and the internationally recognized Outlet Mall "La Roca Village".
The village offers several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine, good paellas, grilled meats, or fresh fish.
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, and sailing ... in the port of Mataró.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA

-OWN CAR: We recommend moving around with a private vehicle to explore the area with more independence and comfort.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There are different services and lines that connect Argentona with the surroundings and Barcelona.
- Cab: There is a local cab service.
It is necessary to contact in advance to arrange any transfer.
- Bus: Day and night services.
Connections with the train station, other towns in the Maresme area, and the city of Barcelona.
- Train: There is no train station in Argentona. The nearest train stations are CABRERA DE MAR and MATARÓ. The route to Plaça Catalunya takes between 25 and 30 minutes.
BARCELONA
The city is about 35 minutes away by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate in the city. For more information, you can search for ZBE Barcelona (Zona de Bajas Emisiones - Zona de Baixes Emissions).

HOUSE RULES
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
