The village of Deia is just a short walk away, with its numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques. A 3km path leads down to Cala Deia, the nearest beach, and affords spectacular views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.
This traditionally stone built villa, owned by an award winning British Architect, is tastefully furnished and boasts the most wonderful views over the village of Deia, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is situated on a quiet cul de sac within a few hundred meters of all amenities.
The interior of the property is beautifully decorated throughout, featuring old and new handcraft furnishings as well as comfortable easy chairs, sofas and a variety of original artwork. Evergreen oak furniture, beamed ceilings and white walls all combine harmoniously, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. This same care and attention to detail is also apparent in the exterior of the property; a private pool sits next to a well-tended lawn and a very private garden stocked with palm, olive, fruit and cypress trees, bougainvillea’s and climbers creating a quaint and comfortable outdoor area.

Distributed on two floors. Ground floor: To the left of the entrance hall is an open living / dining room and kitchen. The living room contains two 3-seater sofas around an open fireplace under a canopy, an oak dining table that sits 8 to 10 people and French doors that open onto the front terrace with views of the village, the mountains and the sea. The large kitchen, with Corian worktops, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including plumbed-in steam oven, electric oven, 2-ring gas hob, 2 ring electric hob, electric barbecue, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and a larder with dishwasher, large fridge, chiller and freezer. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate Utility room. On the right side of the entrance hall there is a TV room that features one 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a Satellite TV, DVD player, a Telephone / Fax and Music System (with Bose speakers), and opens out onto the front terrace and rear loggia. Straight ahead from the entrance hall is the loggia, courtyard and pool and a bathroom with shower that communicates with the pool. First Floor: made up of four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four-poster king-sized bed (1.80 x 2.0m) with an en-suite hydro massage bath and terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds placed together (1.80 x 2.0m), with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has its own entrance from the courtyard, if desired it can be independent from the rest of the house. This bedroom has a king-sized four poster bed (1.80 x 2.0m) with a flat-screen TV, easy chairs, and a split-level study area. The en-suite bathroom is on a tower with windows in all directions, and has a freestanding bathtub. There is also a separate second study on this floor with ADSL connection. Exteriors: the loggia, overlooking the courtyard, has an outside dining table that sits up to 8 people with a professional stainless steel built in barbecue and several teak chairs and sun loungers in the garden. There is a second outside dining area for eight under a pergola adjacent to the pool. The front terrace has a third dining area that can sit up to eight people on a Moroccan tiled table. There is also an additional private terrace adjoining the Southwest wing.
