This home has been repaired as of 4/23/2019. New Photos coming soon! Approximately 1.5 miles north of the high rise bridge.7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 5 kings, 4 pyramid bunk beds, deep water boat dock with community launch, community pool, elevator, gas fireplace, jacuzzi, oceanfront parking lot, high speed internet, 8 TV's, DVD's. Please note: Boat lift is not available for use.**Grill pictured not for guests use. We are very fortunate with our first home at 25 Sailview and are looking forward to a wonderful beach season. We survive Florence with very little damage. The dock suffered the most from the storm. It has been repaired and a new canoe/kayak landing is being added next to the fishing landing. We lost two Washingtonian Palm trees in our front yard and have now landscaped with Sable Palm, which is more cold tolerant. Our privacy hedges on each side of the property have been redone and are growing nicely.
