The wraparound porch and oversized deck loan gorgeous views of both the ocean and the sound. Comfort abounds at this expansive, family-friendly retreat. The main floor offers an open floor plan with a large family room, gas fireplace, TV, fully outfitted Kitchen, and 2 different dining areas. The deck extends off of the main floor offering sunbathing and the perfect place for sunset dining. A bedroom on this floor offers a Queen bed with connected full bathroom, that also opens into the laundry area. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms and a den with full-size pullout sofa. This floor provides a comfortable den with wet bar for watching movies, enjoying a book on the balcony overlooking the ocean, or taking in the soundside views from the 2nd balcony. The large oceanview Master offers a luxurious King bed with full bath and Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms host a queen-size bed in one, and 2 sets of bunk beds and trundle in the other, sharing a jack-and-jill full bath. The third floor’s peaked ceiling provides the perfect hideaway for two single beds and a full bathroom. Launch your boat at the community boat launch and dock it in our private boat slip in the neighborhood marina. Boating or no boating, the private boat slip allows guests to still enjoy making memories fishing or crabbing in the sound. The backyard boasts a covered patio beneath the deck with for leisurely summer afternoons. Hot and cold outdoor shower access (not enclosed) provides a convenient rinse-off when returning from the beach. The community also boasts its own pool and private Oceanside parking area for easy beach access. This vacation home will naturally become a place your family wants to retreat to regularly.
