Summary: Well equipped apartment. Many shops and restaurants around it. Very close to bus stations and a subway station. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Some furniture need to be replaced. Shower is uncomfortable(shower head is installed in awkward position in a bath tube). Heater(boiler and radiators) kept turning off during night time even though setting on the remote controller was fine. (Narrow stair was true. Hard to climb up the stair with a big carrier.) Overall, my stay was good for a month. Comfortable and quiet.
