Summary: This was a great location if you want to stay in a less noisy area and out of the tourist areas. However depending on what you want to see this means getting to them by Uber, scooter or Metro. We could not find a Metro that went straight there. Communication was limited. When we arrived we had a time but did not know who we were meeting or which apt we would have. There was kind of a door man but communication was limited and therefore we had no idea who he was or if he was really trying to help us. There were a few things not working like a couple of outlets, toilet top (but understand this just happened before we arrived). Door stop in kitchen hurts when you step on it because there is only a screw and the other part was missing. Certain things were not reviewed like how the washer or dryer works. I think it needs to be cleaned. It left a musty smell on our clothes so we ended up air drying everything. Never figured out the stove top. Most restaurants in Madrid we quickly learned you need reservations for any night of the week. We did really enjoy the place and it was close to Mercado and many other things. I would just suggest better communication and to repair the things i mentioned above.
