Spacious and luxurious, this property offers plenty of elbow room for everyone to enjoy. The various indoor and outdoor sitting areas will beckon you to come and relax - just put your feet up and enjoy the fantastic views of the bay, ocean, and pool! Perfect for large family groups, the Salt Meadows floorplan provides both comfort and privacy to guests, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining and living room area that open up to a furnished balcony with an outdoor dining area. The main bedroom features a gorgeous bay view and a private study. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, a private elevator, top-quality furnishings and appliances that include six TVs and a DVD player, central AC, a private washer/dryer, and three-car parking. The community has an outdoor pool, a bayfront pavilion, a pier for fishing and crabbing, and private easement to the beach across Coastal Highway, giving you direct and quick beach access. This home is a wonderful place to vacation that you'll want to return to year after year!

*Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There are 3 spaces: 1 space is in the garage, 1 space in the driveway, and 1 space is community parking and a permit is needed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
