ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Salty Pelican, a charming beach bungalow located just a few blocks from the white sandy beaches of 30A, and the perfect neighborhood! This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home features an open floor plan with a large kitchen island, a fireplace accented with gorgeous aqua porcelain tile, and a screened in porch to take in the serene, wooded backyard and breathe in the salty air. The ground floor king master bedroom is home to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Take the staircase up to the next level and a second master bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom number three has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin over full bunks. Upstairs patios have wicker chair swings and backyard Adirondack chairs for a gathering.
*** Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.
BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Beach, public beach is the main beach access, it's about a 4 blocks away. There are restrooms, a shower, some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards. Lakeside neighborhood is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
