Enjoy your coffee on the spacious deck in the morning and have cocktails in the evening. This 2 bedroom condo has been recently renovated to include: granite counter tops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and new flooring. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with full size bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed below and twin size bed up top. The second bathroom is accessible to the second bedroom and living room. There is full size couch with recliners that can be used to sleep extra guests and there is also a loveseat with recliners. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a washer / dryer. The community has a large outdoor pool and outdoor shower. There is also a storage area for the unit on the ground level that has everything you will need to relax and unwind at the beach including: beach chairs, boogey boards, and umbrellas. Beach access is directly next to the property for convenience. The condo is minutes from the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping.
