Positive: The location was terrific. The house is well stocked, the decor is nice, and the view of the ocean was to die for! Beach access from the house is at 2 dead end roads in the neighborhood and the owner should put up signs with distances to get to them both - it has to be a common question for every guest. The kitchen was super well stocked - the coffee and full spice rack was such a nice amenity (see exceptions below).

Negative: All of the NONSTICK PANS NEED TO BE THROWN OUT and replaced immediately since they are all scraped up and unhealthy to use (nonstick pans should never be in rentals as people cant be trusted to treat them correctly). One thing missing in the kitchen is they need some silicone spatulas (especially with the nonstick pans!). The spiral staircase is NO JOKE, and the property owner needs to allow people to use the outside stairs since it is WAY easier to bring luggage, groceries, humans and dogs up into the living space. The couch is uncomfortable even for sitting and needs to be replaced.
