Positive: Sandy Toes was the perfect house for our family's long weekend getaway! There was plenty of room for all to sleep, and the bunk beds were actually double beds instead of twins! The place was super clean and stocked with all the important kitchen utensils and cookware/storage containers. We were able to make all the meals we wanted with no issues. The rental management company left a nice package of "starter essentials" such as dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc which helped tie us over until we could get to the store. Linens and towels were also provided. The outside shower was nice and roomy (2 shower heads!), and there was a closet downstairs full of bikes, beach chairs, and other beach toys for use by the renters. There is plenty of parking underneath the house. The place is across the street from the ocean, but public access to the beach is just a short walk to the left on 22nd St. It's not too far from a few grocery stores and other area shopping. Pickleball and tennis courts are very close by along with a Level 2 public EV charger. A bridge overlooking the marsh is a few streets behind the property on 19th St. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Negative: The rental company was REALLY great about keeping us informed of everything we needed to know prior to arrival and checking out, but the multi-texts/emails per day with repeated information were a bit much. Fewer texts/emails would be preferred. The wifi password was different than what was provided in the emails, but we easily found the note in the house with the correct information. Other than that really minor detail, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
