Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Short walking distance from Napoli Centrale Station. We got an upgrade for our room. However the wifi wasn't working properly during our stay. We asked for an iron and got one that was broken and stuck on silk option. Comfy bed and nice bathroom facilities and nice water pressure. Free toiletries but no body lotion. Breakfast was nice on our second day stay. First day, staff seemed overwhelmed and a lot of of things were missing. Room was equipped with fridge and kettle. Complimentary still and sparkling water was provided too.
Negative: Wifi was weak and breakfast on first day stay gave a bad impression.
