This townhouse is a cozy immaculate one bedroom Casita in in the quiet, gated Santa Rita Springs 55+ community (20 min. south of Tucson) with a beautiful view of the Santa Rita mountains. Centrally located to many activities, including Tubac, Tuscon, Patagonia Lake & the Santa Rita mountains (hiking trails and wonderful for bird watchers). Closest Center is two blocks away. There is a 24 acre walking trail within a couple of blocks. Right on a golf course and close to many others.
The space
The casita veranda is welcoming you to sit and take in the Santa Rita Mountain Range, also visible from living and bedroom. Birds of all kinds will sing and make you smile. Quiet, clean and friendly community. This casita is newly painted; with cozy with an open living room and fully equipped kitchen. Attached garage with entry into dining room. Comfortable space to watch TV and/or relax reading a book when tired from your adventures. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet and is directly off the bathroom. Fenced yard and patio with lounge, chairs & small table.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use any GVR pools & Recreation Centers of the Santa Rita Recreation Centers. Badges are available for purchase for $50 per guest per month. The pass gives you access to outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, various groups (i.e bridge) computer lab, four meeting rooms, and a catering kitchen. There are over 60 activities and 14 Recreation Centers clubs Access to all 14 Green Valley Recreation Centers. Includes golf, outdoor swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, fitness centers, basketball/volleyball courts, hobby/crafts and multi-purpose rooms for a fee. The Springs community also hosts monthly potluck dinners, picnics and meet and greet parties you are invited to as a guest.
