Summary: Communication before check in was good but axwell was unable to meet us at the boat launch like was initially planned so I am really glad I watched the YouTube tutorial on how to get the Sarnai. Pros: clean room, filtered drinking water, flushable toilet paper toilets, hot showers, great onsite yoga, fun communal/zen vibe, has the necessities for cooking, close walking to main area Cons: difficult to find the 1st time, you don’t have a view of the lake/volcanoes, (maybe from rooftop areas but rooms do not)
