WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Entering up the front steps you are welcome to take in the views of Port Phillip Bay on the porch before entering the upper level of the home.
You first enter into the Open living, Dining and Kitchen area which is kept comfortable by the two ceiling fans and Split System Air-conditioner.
The lounge consists of a large L-shaped leather couch onlooking the Tv fit with a soundbar.
The modern kitchen is fit with handy appliances and plenty of cookware to make wiping up a meal as easy as pie. The quality appliances include a DēLonghi Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove top and microwave.
To the right of the kitchen sits the glass six-seater dining table with a view over the yard. To the Left of the kitchen is the Laundry, where you can exit to the yard where the clothesline is, It includes a washing machine and trough.
Walking through the laundry or from the lounge, you enter the hallway, which hosts two bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a separate toilet. The Main bathroom, dressed in grey and white glossy tiles, consists of a vanity, bath, toilet, and shower.
Bedroom two, as per the floor plan, hosts a Double bed with bedside tables, two lounge chairs, and a built-in robe. The light-filled room leads out to the sunroom with a two-seater couch.
Bedroom three entails a Queen bed with bedside tables, a built-in robe, a Ceiling fan and Spilt System Airconditioning. The windows doubling as glass doors open onto the back patio with a seating area for two, to enjoy those Bay views once again or look down onto the kids playing in the large yard turfed with lush green grass.
Bedroom one is located on the separate lower level, accessible via exiting the laundry or going down by the double carport. The large room accommodates four additional guests via a single bunk and queen bed, all fit with quality linen. There is also a cushy two-seater couch to rest upon, other amenities downstairs include a wardrobe, sink and an ensuite. The Ensuite includes a toilet, vanity and shower. (Please note that the TV in the photos is just stored on the cabinet, not operating). The space is kept comfortable by yet another Split-system Air conditioner.
The Neighbourhood
Located on High St, just a 10-Minute's walk from the Portarlington Pier and main strip where you can get your necessities at Woolworths and indulge in the many restaurants and Café’s. Some delicious places to visit are Pier Street, Portarlington Grand Hotel, The Little Muscle Café, The Bakehouse and The Boyz Fish & Chips. Grab a treat from Daniel’s Donuts or The Treat Shack. Visit Portarlington Makers Market open every few Sundays as per their site, where you can find local art and gourmet creations.
For sea and seafood lovers, take a dip in Portarlington Swimming Beach or take a tasting tour with Portarlington Mussel Tours.
The Area
Portarlington also makes a great base to explore all of Bellarine Peninsula’s Wineries, such as Scotchman’s Hill, Jack Rabbit, Kilgour Wines, Hounds of the Vine, and if you’re not such a wine fan the Bellarine Distillery/ The Whiskery is a must visit!
