Villa is on Peninsula Punta, residental part of town, place with lots of beaches, pine wood, clean water, small bars for refresh.
The nearest beach is only 50m away, and center 120m; but this is quiet location with privacy.
Villa has private parking, pool, gym. The pool is private, and only guests from Punta Apartments will have access to it. Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.
