Positive: I have stayed in Key West probably close to 50 times. I selected this based on the space (2 bedroom), location and the cost. From a price perspective it was good value.
Negative: Overall dated. Sofa looked old/worn. Overall the place didn't feel 'clean'. The fridge was 'beat up'. The kitchen overall meh. The back porch was dirty, untidy and no view. Front porch was better. Workers all week. One day on our until. They left gloves and screws and debris on the porches and in the walkways around our unit. The worst part is there is NO WIFI in this unit. After 2 days Vacasa finally figured out that the WiFi available is the free/unsecure WiFi at the condo association. They literally had me taking apart the routers in the home and doing multiple rounds of resets. So frustrating. Ultimately I walked back to the Vacasa office and Tara (wonderful) took it upon herself to get a resolution. Which she did the next day. Unsecure/poor signal WiFi in 2025 during a 7 day stay is unacceptable to me. I could not conduct work.
Summary: Meh. No Wifi. Old/dated. Overall good price though for the space.
