The marina features boat rentals, kayak rentals as well as storage for your boat. Unit 503 is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and TV en-suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has Twin beds, built in closet, nightstand, and TV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full size leather sofa, chairs and TV.This newly remodeled unit with stunning views that will take your breath away. Dining room table seats 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Seaside Resort also offers wonderful community amenities, including a sparkling pool, shuffleboard, picnic area with seating and grills, credit card operated laundry is available on-site. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.
