Seasyde House, a captivating Georgian estate originally built in the 17th century, is gracefully situated on a 150-acre expanse overlooking the picturesque River Tay Estuary and its enchanting mudflats. Carefully reimagined by Robert Hunter in 1780, a collaborator of the renowned architect Robert Adam, the estate boasts magnificent gardens adorned with unique castellated hedges that attract an array of wildlife, including red squirrels and rare bird species.

Steeped in history, the house features portraits of Fiona’s ancestors in the drawing room, prominently showcasing John, Duke of Rothes, who was named Lord High Chancellor of Scotland by Charles II. Culinary experiences are elevated in the house's dining area, which comfortably seats 12, and includes a private, fully-equipped kitchen with luxuries such as an espresso machine, Spode teacups, and a Belling plate warmer, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
At Seasyde House we offer a truly unique experience with wellness treatments in our authentic Mongolian Yurt which require to be booked in advance of your stay to ensure availability. Your host Fiona offers an effective combination of holistic therapies and massage to treat all ages.
