The location is secluded enough to avoid the hustle and bustle; however, you are still close to many attractions. Pick your own fruit at Pietree Orchard, open from June to October, while skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak). Downtown Bridgton, Fryeburg, and North Conway are also short distances away.
The inviting living room features vaulted ceilings, a wood stove with a river rock wall behind it, comfortable sofas, and a TV with a sound dock. This is the ultimate gathering spot for binge-watching shows and movies! Sliding glass doors lead you to the furnished deck with a private hot tub. Another tremendous outdoor spot is the propane firepit with patio chairs around it. Back inside, the fully-appointed kitchen and its great appliances will help your creativity flow to prepare delicious homemade meals for everyone. A gas grill is also available if you want to step it up a notch! When it comes to entertainment, you'll find a TV and sofas downstairs.
