1. Door Codes: Shared at 4PM. Check-in is from 4PM-11AM. Late check-ins are against our rules to ensure assistance during working hours (4PM-12AM).
2. Flexible Services: Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability.
3. Incidentals Deposit: Door codes are shared only if the $50 incidentals deposit and registration are completed.
4. Deposit Release: Deposits are released 3-7 days after the original check-out date.
5. Complaints: Must be notified within 30 minutes of check-in.
6. Departures: Must be reported immediately for calendar updates and issue resolution. Submit an alteration request for unused nights.
7. Reservation Changes: Must be made before the 10AM checkout time.
8. Early Departures: Submit an alteration request for approval.
9. Refunds: No courtesy refunds provided.

Toilet Use: Please refrain from throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Use the trash can provided.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit.
Damage Responsibility: Damage to the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
Check-Out Procedure: Upon checkout, kindly turn off lights, water, gas/stove, and lock the door.
Penalty Enforcement: Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
