Incredible kitchen, waterfall island made for entertaining, custom cabinets, quartz countertops. A large group can comfortably enjoy their time together, spreading out in the two living spaces with large smart TV's. A secure rear patio and private garage parking for two full-sized vehicles!
The space
The main floor features an open floor plan which combines the kitchen with the main floor living space. The kitchen boasts a seated island for 6 and dual 36" french door fridges perfect for large groups who want fully stock the kitchen with grocery and beverages! The well appointed kitchen includes all the essentials one would need to cook a gourmet meal with friends, bake cookies with the kids or entertain with wine and cocktail glasses and a blender for your tropical drinks (pro-tip... get the party started with the "shot-ski" located in the "ski-room" bedroom). The combined dining and living room space features an expandable dining room table that will fit up to 8 people, soaring ceilings, and huge windows to flood the space with natural light. The main floor also features 2 bedrooms and a shared full bathroom and half bath. One of the bedrooms has an integrated private workspace that could double as a traditional vanity with lighted mirror. There is a second workspace integrated into the laundry area that has brand new front loading washer/dryer. The lower level features a second living room space with high polished floors, comfortable seating and a bar with an additional beverage fridge. The lower level also features a 75" smart TV, a high-end Bluetooth speaker, a bimini ring/hook game, and a stand-up arcade style video games. This level also includes three queen-sized bedrooms, another full bathroom. The secure all brick garage features a power overhead door with remote opener and is large enough for 2 full size vehicles.
Easy access via smart lock. We can often accommodate an early check-in time. But we are unable to confirm this until three days prior to your arrival once we know that other guests will not be checking out the same day. In any case, we can allow luggage drop off after 12 pm.
We have a team dedicated to support our guests. So we'll be there if you need us, but otherwise out of site.
