The space
Explore the Chalet:
-3rd Floor--generous master suite, features 5 piece master bath with Jacuzzi spa tub for 2, opt-in for a fee to (coming soon) enchanted toddler play area, balcony off the master sit and have a cup of coffee w/ Mt. views , supreme serenity window seat with far valley views, look down on the clouds and gorgeous orange sunrises. Loft off the master suite is perfect for group conversations and game night. There are work/study desks in both the loft and the master bedroom.
-Main Floor (2nd level), Main Entry---two generous sized bedrooms: Bedroom one, Spacious Queen bed, and sitting area. Desk and bookcase. Bedroom 3 serves as a flex bed. It has a Queen, perfect for a couple OR for the family traveling with children, message at booking a request for optional access to the 2-4 twin sized bunks. Only the two bottom bunk twin beds are formerly counted in the bed count. The Bunk beds are locked off unless specifically arranged at booking, ( they are present for the owners family gatherings. Remember total guest must be 6 or less. Note you may also request toddler floor beds or infant co-sleeper under SAME 6 person total limitations.

-Walk-out level currently unfinished basement, is currently OFF LIMITS with sunroom and garage. This level is currently entirely off-limits storage. Sunroom currently off limits. Storage sheds also off-limits.
-Outdoor living features: Flat, level easy access drive way with designated parking for 4 guest cars, Large Wrapping 2nd floor deck with ample seating and dining table. At your pre-booking requests, access to Soon Coming shaded, secured toddlers play house/slide back yard area, Propane BBQ -(upper deck}, beautifully treed lot-( enjoy the scenery, but don't wander away from house) . Note Back YARD ground level patio area is currently Unavailable. You DO have Open Access to the Hot Tub deck, lounge deck and Fire Pit, dining and grill deck.

**BREAKFAST- An assortment of Popular, self serve CONTINENTAL breakfast items are provided on the FIRST morning only. They may include snacks, waffle mix, muffin mix etc. Coffee and tea.
Many stop at the grocery store on the way up. King Soopers in Aspen Park.
**LAUNDRY - A drying rack is behind 2nd floor bathroom door. IF REQUESTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL a compact mini washer/spinner combo machine is provided for a fee. $55, for guests use in the 2nd floor bathroom. If not pre-requested, it will NOT be present. Designed for a quick wash and spin of socks, hiking shorts, t shirts, baby clothes etc. Full size w/d are NOT accessible to guest. Bailey has cleaning services and laundromat that most people use!
**Mountain Home Climate Control:
-Hot Days? Keep Curtains Closed- especially on sun side and if you leave for the day. (Most homes in area do not have A/C.)
-Return Home in Evening take advantage of
Crisp night temps- create cross breeze: open all windows, entry door with screen door locked, (Lock entry door when you go to bed).
There is a Ceiling Fan and a Fan in each room, and A/C in dining room.
Be sure to close windows before leaving home for the days activities!! Rain storms come and go!!
-Cold Days? Keep Curtains open
all day, it warms the house. Close at night.
**Home Thermostat must stay on and be set at least 65 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing.
**Air Conditioner- Unplug If high Water Indicator blinks, drain by placing bowl at bottom rear, unplug the condensation drain. Re-plug, restart.
Turn off if you are not at home.
-Depending on when you stay, the backyard grounds of the property are off limits. They are CURRENTLY off- limits...

Maintain between 99- 103. fold over to open. keep outer cover attached. always close covering and turn jets off when no one is inside.
