☀ Plumbing runs on a SEPTIC SYSTEM. Discard food, oils in the trash - only liquids down the sink and please don't flush anything other than toilet paper.
☀ Using the dishwasher along with running the washer at the same time may overload the SEPTIC system so please conserve use as much as possible.
☀AT&T and Verizon have network reception here, but T-Mobile is spotty. Finally, Wi-Fi and TV streaming services are included and pretty reliable, but internet service could be disrupted when it rains.
☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
