This modern style home is the perfect vacation with a beautiful outdoor space that includes: Large pool and Jetted hot-tub, Pool floaties, BBQ Grill, Comfortable lounge area. This home has a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay. It is equipped with all essential appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The home also includes 4 bedrooms and a total of 7 beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 4 Twin Beds (all very comfortable deluxe memory foam mattresses). All details in our home have been designed so you can spend your time comfortably relaxing with your family.
Things to Note:
Check-in time is 4 PM, and you are welcome to check-in any time after 4 PM. Check out time is 11 AM and we ask Guests to inform us once when you depart from the home. You are welcome to ask if the house is available for early check-in with a reasonable early check-in fee. Late check-out is also welcome if it is available.
Noise
There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. Please do not touch the devices. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM.
Trash
The trash can is located on the side of the house. Trash is picked up every Thursday. Place the garbage and recycling bins at the curb directly in front of the house on Thursday and place back to the side of the house next to the garage on Friday. If you fail to put them out, there is a $100 charge due to mid-week service fees.
Pool
There is a pool skimmer provided for guests to use. There are also pool floaties provided. Pool service will be at the property once a week for pool cleaning. Please do not touch any of the pool equipment or play on the pool features. Guests will be charged a minimum of $500 for violating house rules and any additional costs to repair. Guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Pool and Jacuzzi are not heated. Additional charge for heating pool and Jacuzzi.
Occupancy
Maximum day time occupants 10.
Maximum nighttime occupants 7.
Parking
All Parking must be done in the Driveway, or inside the Garage. Feel free to park up to 2 vehicles inside the garage.
Pets, including service animals and Smoking are not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules. Also, if any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
Guests are advised that the rules will be strictly enforced. Noncompliance on behalf of the renter will result in immediate eviction from the rental property.
