Positive: Amazing property, secure with gates, with lots of facilities, outdoor pool (not heated), fully kitted out gym (with all the machines you would find at a leisure centre!) There is lots of separate areas to have your own space - property is great value if there is a group of you, local Aldi supermarket at the bottom of the road with everything you need. Large TV in main lounge has APP capability so you can log into your own Netflix, amazon prime or Apple account, has washing machine facilities (in one of the en-suites) amazing sea views. Great kitchen with large fridge and wine fridge (also spill over fridge in the office), lots of wardrobe & storage space, plenty of towels to use.
Negative: Air conditioning in property needs to be expanded/adapted - as it struggles to work in more than 3/4 areas at once - kept tripping electric, that needs to be sorted as you can’t have all the rooms on at once? Which would be a problem if you are using all the bedrooms - we managed to get it to stay on by just using the main area & 3 bedrooms. Property needs more info provided, like a welcome folder? we were not sure where to take bins?/where trip switches are etc. Needs air conditioning to be put in gym!! Thats a must! (My son really struggled using the gym as it was too hot - such a shame as it has one of every machine, like a leisure centre!)
