Charming Private town house with private back yard with barbeque and dinning table out side available for share with only one more person , preferably female, January 2025to a year by the owner only 4 blocks from the beautiful Prospect Park and 4 blocks from the subways F,R trains 20 minutes to Manhattan.
The house has3 floors extra strong internet. The 2 bedrooms are in the 3rd floor, in the 2nd floor there is a big bathroom and a living room with a big TV. On the 1st floor a big entrance room with a desk next is the courmet kitchen and follow the dinning room with sliding doors which goes to the back yard.
I have 2 lovely cats if you are not allergic that they stay at the house but spent most of their time in the backyard where they poop and pee, the rent is $ 2200 per month. Plus VRBO’s fees
I can accept minimum 3 months
