There is also another balcony on level two, which is accessed from the large family living area, that offers incredible views and an abundance of light and space.
You enter the property on the road level, which has parking space for two cars and a vibrant red door. Then, head down the stairs to reach level two, which has two large bedrooms with queen beds. The master also has a private balcony, television and a bathroom, with a half bath. On the same level is a clean and modern well-appointed kitchen and dining area, which opens onto a deck and also features a BBQ and outdoor setting. On the same level is a separate living room- a place to rest, read or just stare out at the view, perched high above the rest of the world.
The kitchen door leads to a paved outdoor area and laundry. The side stairs then take you down to a levelled grass backyard, which is perfect for either relaxing or playing cricket.
