This wonderful home is five homes from the water in desirable private beach community. Home has been fully renovated and coastal chic has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
The home is full of sunshine in the front room then you enter a Large Open Floor Plan with wonderful designer kitchen, large family room and dining room. This all flows to the outside. That is Fully fenced in private yard with stone patio Twinkle lights and BBQ and very private outdoor shower. The First floor also has powder room as well as attached one car garage
Then you go upstairs to 4 Bedrooms - Master is large and private with walk in closet and large spa bathroom with tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that cold be pushed together to make an additional king . Third bedroom has King bed and fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (that need to stay separate) . Upstairs Hall bathroom has tub shower combo. The Laundry is upstairs full size machines for you to use.
This home is set up by establish designer and realtor Rebecca Ellsley from Westport CT. . Fully equipped with everything you need plus more. House has 2 beach cruiser bikes besides beach equipment. There is NO Smoking, No Pets, No Incense, No Fireworks or Drones allowed in the house or on the property. The house has camera system that faces out part of security and weather alert system. We live in a beach community windows are open we need to respect neighbors. Loud parties should be moved inside / quiet down by 10PM. All garbage needs to be bagged and tied up there is wild life here at the beach. A one time charge of $500.00 / week if more than 6 guests.
HOMEAWAY MAKES LOTS OF MISTAKES We offer weekly rental Summer and Holidays Friday to Friday and in the Fall/ Winter we offer Weekend rates. Please don't send on line booking requests without speaking with me to make sure this is the perfect home for you and your guests. I own multiple homes that might work for your group.
