Welcome to "SHELL YEAH"! Located on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach, tranquility is the mark of this beautiful beach home! Shell Yeah is just minutes away from all the fun at Pier Park or 30A, all the perks of less crowded beach areas! Complimenting this home location, you can walk to the nearest public beach access just .2 miles from the front door. Flying In? The Panama City Beach Airport is a fast 20-minute highway drive! Laguna Beach is one of the few dedicated beaches in the area that does not contain any condo buildings between Front Beach Road and the Gulf of Mexico.
With a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen, this,1400 sqft home is a comfortable 3BR/2BA. This beautiful home features an open-concept living and kitchen. For the limited time you aren't at the beach, the living room features a 75" Roku smart and cable television to access your favorite streaming services, card and board games for the kids and plenty of comfy seating with throw blankets to kick back and relax. Shell Yeah also provides a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board, drying rack to hang your delicate clothes and beach towels tucked away on the shelf.
The kitchen offers the ultimate eat-at-bar with four seats and enough room for the cook to work on the opposite side while the rest of the family enjoys views of the privately fenced backyard from the dining area, sipping coffee made from the flex brew 2-way coffee maker, compatible for k-cup pods or grounds. The stainless steel appliances compliment the extra storage spaces of the white cabinetry throughout the kitchen that is well-equipped with cookware, utensils, and extras you'll need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.
The master bedroom has a large, comfortable king bed sitting just off the living space but away from the other guests bedrooms for the ultimate afternoon nap. The en suite provides a double vanity sink with gorgeous countertops, walk-in shower and closet. The modern beachy décor of the house, observable in the master bedroom's neutral tones, creates the ultimate relaxing atmosphere after a fun day!
The second guest bedroom provides a queen bed for comfortable sleeping, smart flat screen TV and closet with a tucked in dresser for all of your storage needs. The third bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle for the kiddos to tuck away when it's time to play!
In the evenings, after relaxing at the beach all day, you can come home and shower outside while the family enjoys the fenced in backyard and patio. Dad can cook up some summer burgers on the weber grill which is equipped with a full propane tank and cuisinart utensil kit including carved chef’s spatula, basting brush, cleaning brush and grilling tongs. For early risers, enjoy a morning coffee on the covered backyard patio equipped with plenty of seating for the entire family!
Ready for a day at the beach? Load up the four-seater golf cart (available for an additional charge) with 5 freely provided adult beach chairs, towels, cooler, 2 beach chairs and toys for the kids, fewer items for you to pack or purchase! This cart will add such an element of fun to your beach adventures. Just a two-minute golf cart ride to a white sand beach with the most beautiful seashells in Florida! Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly, so you can take it down to The Carousel Grocery Store and World Famous Thomas Doughnuts Store, which are 1 mile away.
Once you're done at the beach, pull the golf cart back into the garage which has parking for one vehicle and the driveway has plenty of space for 2-3 extra vehicles! Don't need to park in the garage? Use the extra space to store your luggage or fishing gear!
Winn-Dixie and Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local restaurants from fresh seafood to the Back Beach BBQ on highway 98. From Laguna Beach you are just 4 miles from the famous 30A and all the different neighborhoods from Inlet Beach all the way to Dune Allen. Check out the farmers market in Rosemary Beach every Sunday year-round!

Summary: We had a great stay at Shell Yeah! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. The location was perfect since it was outside of the busy and congested part of PCB, but also close to Rosemary Beach. We got the best of both worlds with a short Uber ride in either direction. It was also super convenient being close to the beach and just a quick drive to restaurants and shops. We really appreciated how easy it was to add the golf cart once we arrived, since our group wasn’t sure if we’d need it until we got there and figured out what we wanted to do. Shoreline Rentals was very responsive and helpful with all our questions, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!
