The main bathroom has 2 sinks, toilet and shower and the master has a walk in shower, 1 sink and a toilet. The doors of the master walk out to the back deck, which is very large and includes a gazebo, fire pit and hot tub. There is also a natural fire pit in the back yard. By the gazebo is a koi pond and hammocks for guests to rest in.
For kids there are toys, a pirate ship to climb and a lemonade stand that is on wheels…so can be rolled to the front entrance of the cul de sac. Lots of bikes and other outside toys (water table, plasma cars).
The driveway is very large and circular and most kids play in this area with chalk and other things.
The secondary house is being renovated for the integrative therapy and healing clinic that eventually will service the guests and community. Some of these services will be available and sessions can be booked as well. Most sessions cost from $80- $140/session; couples sessions are $240 and private boat trips range from $400-800.00
