Recently renovated with wood floors, this family friendly home offers 3 comfortably sized bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom (master suite) is spacious with a King-sized bed with adjoining bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. The second and third bedrooms are both equally spacious, and offer Queen-sized beds. All three bedrooms include big screen SMART TVs. Living room TV also offers smart capabilities in addition to an Alexa pod. All Tv's feature Premium streaming Services: Disney+, Discovery+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling TV, Hulu, Amazon Music and more!
Additional items for your comfort/convenience include: A playpen, a pak'n'play and two foldable beds that you may use at NO EXTRA COST. ***Must be requested when you make the reservation.***
The living room area is spacious (see pictures) and also has a large flat screen Smart TV which is Alexa enabled taking family entertainment to a whole new level. The dining area includes a dining set for 6. And a highchair will be available (upon request) for the little one in the family. You can also stay connected via our unlimited WiFi at all times. WASHER/DRYER ARE AVAILABLE for you.

The screened lanai is ideal for family activities such as grilling (BBQ available), or just hanging out in the pool. Which can be heated seasonally for a fee of $18 per day.
Our home comes fully equipped with linens, bedding, bath and pool towels, pots, pans, utensils, appliances, dishes, etc. Due to COVID-19 decorative items such as comforters and throw pillows are removed as they cannot be washed in between guests. Wash cloths aren't provided.
There are several restaurants, and supermarkets around the area, and both Uber and Lyft are available as well. And if you don't feel like getting out of the pool to go do groceries, Instacart app is available to bring the groceries to you.
Our home is located at the very end of a cul-de-sac in a family oriented neighborhood where children can usually be found playing after school (drive with caution). It is private and also close enough to I-75 that getting to places become a matter of minutes!

House Rules:
*NO extra guests (not included in the reservation) are allowed to stay overnight. The house is spacious enough for 8 people. Exercise caution when inviting extra people as parties/events aren't allowed. ** Long term stays function somewhat differently, please ask for clarification.**
*There are NEST temperature sensors in the bedrooms (round, white hanging on the walls). DO NOT TOUCH THESE. They are meant to help keep the bedrooms at the proper temperatures. They are also $40 each and you will be charged if you break them, so keep this in mind.*
*Do not log out of the streaming apps.
*You will be provided pool towels, hand towels for the bathrooms, and bath towels. We do not provide washcloths.
*DO NOT open windows or screen door. These are kept closed to prevent bugs from entering and to keep the AC running normally.
*No parties or events are allowed on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*There are security cameras OUTSIDE the property (NONE in the pool area or inside the home). They will monitored if needed.
*There are flashlights, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher (under kitchen sink) in the kitchen.
*The trash has to be taken out on TUESDAYS. Put bins in front of the house to be picked up. And put back to the side of the house after.
*When cooking: be careful of any excess smoke as this will trigger smoke alarm and fire dept. will come (very quickly).
*NO GLASS around the pool for your safety. Plastic items found in the kitchen.
*DO NOT turn off outside house lights.
*DO turn off inside house lights as fans as you come and go as you would in your own home.
*Lock front door at all times. Smart lock will send notifications otherwise.
*Pool tech comes on Thursdays.
*Absolutely no pets or smoking on the property.
*Pool towels aren’t meant to be taken to the beach with you. Please keep them for the pool.
*Guests have access to washer/dryer in the garage.
*DO NOT open doors to the garage or park inside the garage. With the exception of washer/dryer, everything else inside the garage is off limits as it is my personal property.
At checkout:
*Remove all bedding and dirty towels and put next to the washer for the cleaning crew prior to departure.
*Put dirty dishes in the dish washer and start it (dish washer soap packs under the sink)
*PUT TRASH CONTAINERS OUT FRONT TO BE PICKED UP REGARDLESS OF THE DAY YOU LEAVE.
*ENSURE ALL DOORS/WINDOWS OF THE HOUSE ARE LOCKED.
*A fee will be charged if there are any damages to the property. Please be considerate.
