The second floor main living area offers an open floor plan, kitchen/dining/living room, and a covered porch that overlooks the pool, putting green, and nature preserve. Hiking, biking, bird watching, world class surfing. Minutes to the Sebastian inlet. Total privacy, yet only 10 minutes to the supermarket or restaurants. Bring your boat or watercraft, place to park . Numerous public landings less than 5 minutes down the road.
RV parking and event hosting are *prohibited*.
Remember to close doors after you , we have mosquitos , palmetto bugs, geckos, dolphins, pelicans, armadillos, tiny frogs. If you leave doors open they will join you inside… Lots of wildlife here !
