Summary: The main issue was there were a lot of bugs. We found a few cockroaches (alive and dead), and spiders inside the house during our stay, and there were several more roaches inside the garage which was unsettling to try and do laundry. The next issue is there is a very strong mildew/mold odor from the washing machine which carries over into the dryer and made anything we washed smell funky. There also appears to be something wrong with the refrigerator, about every 2-3 hours (I think when the compressor turns off) it makes a very loud shaking/shuddering sound which took us several days to finally figure identify, and was very unsettling because it sounded almost exactly like someone trying to pull open the sliding door really hard, and woke us up several times. I have rented many properties and have never left a bad review. This was a stand out for the named issues above, and I contacted the owner regarding these issues before posting this review, and waited several days without a response. The inside of the house looks nice with the remodeling, but the outside of the house and neighborhood are rather unwelcoming and there are plenty of other properties nearby for around the same cost.
