Summary: Our stay here was a lovely surprise, we weren't sure about staying out of the main Sorrento area but this was on a quick and easy bus route and train line, it was about a 25 min walk to Sorrento which if taking the lower road was quiter compared to the main road. The property is a clean and tidy, we had 2 rooms, one at the front and one at the rear. The double room at the front had a nice view of the mountains and a balcony. the room was clean and well maintained with everything we needed. The only 2 things that weren't done were the bathroom rubbish bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guests and the coffee machine had old water in it, not a big deal but would expect the place to clear of any previous guests. The lift is tiny and can only fit a couple of people but after the first few rides you get used to it and it become part of the fun. The smaller double room to the rear was over the bus station and by the church, the bells of the church go off every hour and woke my friend up very early. however, they do provide ear plugs, again the room was clean and well presented, the bathroom was lovely. On the second night neither of us could get the air con to work in either room, this was very frustrating, lucky we weren't there in the height of summer. I would stay here again and Mariella met us at the property to check in and she was very informative and helpful. she advised us to visit a restaurant call Il Ruttino which had the best pizza we had in our whole 6 days in
