This serene home on 2.7 acres has the rare combination of being privately nestled in the trees and having access to Skaneateles Lake. Enjoy your own boathouse and dock for swimming, lounging and water sports. This year-round property was recently renovated and includes a private office (with monitor, keyboard, etc), media room, game room, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is an additional desk in the main BR and wifi throughout making this the getaway you desire while still working from home!
The boathouse offers lakefront experiences, privacy and various water toys to enjoy the lake during the summer and a small wood stove to use on cold days. There are many stairs down to the boathouse as part of a woodsy walk through the trees that we enjoy (see photos). Just check with your guests to be sure they're good with the walk up and back!
