A beautiful, single family home with a contemporary feel, completed in January 2010. This is a one of a kind home with high end finishes throughout. Located right at the end of the famous Minturn Mile back country trail - ski from Vail mountain to your door! In summer, the hiking trail to Lionshead Rock is right out the back door. The spectacular great room is elegantly furnished and ideal for family gatherings or small groups, with unbelievable mountain and cliff views in all directions. There are sliding glass doors out to a large deck at the front and patio at the back. The kitchen has modern gloss cabinets and granite work tops. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking Meadow Mountain, a king bed, a beautiful limestone bathroom with huge soaker tub and a steam shower. The three guest bedrooms all have queen beds and limestone bathrooms ( one with a large shower, the other two with bath/shower) The third guest room also has a full sleeper sofa. There is a mud room and a 2 car heated garage with ski racks. Must be seen to appreciated. Homes this nice are normally not rented. The home is managed by Minturn Rentals
