This is a ground floor, free standing, handicapped accessible house. There’s a ramp entrance in the back of the house so it’s ideal for guests who can not climb stairs. Brand new bathroom with a. handicapped walk in shower. There are hardwood floors throughout the house.
This spacious cottage features:
• Two very large king master bedrooms with 2 ensuite full bathrooms, TVs and roomy closets
• Office/den with queen sleeper sofa. (Can also be used as a 3rd bedroom.)
• Oversized living room/dining room with TV and wood burning fireplace

In winter it is available as a ski season rental from Dec - March as we are only 8 miles to Bromley mountain and 18 miles to Stratton mountain.

The Innkeepers Cottage is located on The Wilburton resort, an exclusive 30-acre hilltop estate with stunning views, spacious grounds, tall shady trees, sculpture gardens, and resort amenities.
This house is extremely private. There are 6 other homes tucked into different corners as of this sprawling estate. There are 4 recently decorated hotel rooms on the hilltop which you can rent for guests if you need more space.
-We have on site housekeeping and maintenance in case you need anything.
-Our fiber Wi-Fi is so fast and reliable, you can Zoom with a view!

OUTDOOR POOL
The outdoor pool is open from 7am-7pm and shared by all the guests on the resort. There are lounge chairs and lots of space for your family to relax. The pool is not heated.
Nearby swimming options include Lake Shaftsbury and Emerald Lake, 15 minutes away. The Battenkill River is a wonderful place for tubing and canoeing. The Dorset marble quarry is an amazing swimming hole 10 minutes away.
