Located in the greater Chautauqua area on 40 beautiful acres, it is a serene respite less than 1.5 hours from Buffalo and ONLY 10 minutes from Bemus Point and Lake Chautauqua. This rustic cottage/lodge comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, perfect for family vacations. The property boasts year-round and seasonal activities for all ages and local golf, dining, and attractions are a short drive away. Many restaurants, gift shops, golf courses, wineries, antique shopping, amish shops, Southern Tier Brewery, Peek n' Peek ski resort is 40 min. away, Bemus Point is 10 min away, and the historic Chautauqua Institute is only 20 min. away. Convenient to many things, yet set in a quiet country area on 40 acres to explore. Spring-fed pond w/small beach for swimming. Large barn with pool table, ping pong table, bar, card table.
